Shipping Guarantee within 24 Hours

The 24-hour shipping guarantee applies exclusively to courier shipments with cash on delivery payment method. Shipments of orders with payment via traditional bank transfer or online payment will be dispatched no later than the next business day from the time the payment is registered in our account.

In cases such as large orders, custom quotes, or exceptional circumstances that may occur rarely (e.g., technical failures, periods of exceptionally high order volumes, etc.), the shipping of the goods may be slightly delayed. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is only possible if the order has been prepaid via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We do not send international orders with cash on delivery. The order will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account. The shipping cost for international orders will be automatically calculated after selecting the destination country.

Free Shipping for Orders

Free shipping applies to all delivery options for orders of products valued above PLN 500 within Poland. For international orders over PLN 1,000, delivery will also be free of charge.

Secure Delivery

The customer should check the condition of the goods and their compliance with the order at the time of delivery by the courier. If any incomplete or damaged goods are found, the customer must complete a complaint report (which is the only basis for accepting a claim for missing items) in the presence of the courier, describing the missing or damaged items. The customer should then inform us of the situation.

Claims for damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The completed complaint report must be sent to our store address along with proof of purchase. A replacement of the product will only be possible if the above conditions are met. The new product will be shipped only after we receive the product being returned due to the complaint.

Courier companies within Poland deliver shipments within 1-3 business days.

International orders are delivered by courier within 5-7 business days.
